SavedHub (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a link-management and knowledge-curation platform at savedhub.io. The Service is provided for personal productivity and team collaboration purposes only.

The information, content, and features made available through the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. SavedHub expressly disclaims all responsibility for any loss, damage, or harm — direct or indirect — that may result from your use of or reliance on the Service or any content accessed through it.

2. AI-Generated Content

SavedHub uses artificial intelligence (AI) language models to automatically generate summaries, suggest tags, and assign categories for URLs you save. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate. Summaries, tags, and categories are generated algorithmically and may contain errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or outdated information. They do not constitute a definitive description of the linked content.
• AI outputs do not represent our opinions. Any views, positions, or statements in AI-generated text reflect patterns in training data, not the opinions of SavedHub, its employees, or its affiliates.
• Verify before relying. Do not make important personal, professional, financial, medical, or legal decisions based solely on AI-generated summaries. Always read the original source.
• AI can “hallucinate.” Large language models can produce plausible-sounding but entirely fabricated information. Treat all AI-generated output as a starting point for your own research, not as a final answer.
• You can edit or delete AI outputs. If a generated summary or tag is incorrect, you can update it directly in your workspace. We encourage you to do so.

SavedHub accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

3. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Service — including content we publish, AI-generated summaries, or links saved by any user — constitutes professional advice of any kind. In particular:

The above applies regardless of whether the content is written by us, generated by AI, or saved by a user. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for matters of importance.

4. Third-Party Links & Content

SavedHub is a link-curation tool. By design, the Service contains links to third-party websites, applications, and resources submitted by users. We have no control over the content, availability, accuracy, legality, or practices of those external sites, and we accept no responsibility for them.

• No endorsement. The presence of a link in SavedHub does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of the linked site, its content, its operators, or any products or services it offers.
• Content changes. Third-party content can change after a link is saved. The AI-generated summary captured at save time may no longer reflect the current state of the page.
• Link rot. URLs can become unavailable (404), be redirected to unrelated content, or be taken over by malicious actors. SavedHub does not monitor saved links for availability or content changes.
• Third-party terms.Your access to and use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
• Malicious content. Despite our best efforts to detect and block obviously malicious URLs, we cannot guarantee that saved links are free of malware, phishing, or other harmful content. Exercise caution when opening unfamiliar links, even from trusted workspaces.

5. Accuracy & Completeness

While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information we publish directly (such as documentation, blog posts, and these legal pages), we do not warrant that:

• Any information on the Service is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.
• The Service or any content meets your specific needs or expectations.
• Defects in the Service will be corrected.
• The Service or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information published on the Service may be updated without notice. We recommend verifying any time-sensitive or critical information from authoritative primary sources.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we aim to notify users in advance).
• Unplanned outages caused by infrastructure failures, third-party service disruptions, or cyber incidents.
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power failures, or government actions.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, loss of business, or other consequences resulting from Service unavailability. We strongly recommend keeping your own backups of important saved links by using the data export feature.

7. Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

7.1 Advertising

SavedHub displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. These advertisements help fund the operation of the Service. The display of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement of the advertiser, its products, or its services by SavedHub.

We have limited control over which specific ads appear. If you encounter an advertisement that you believe is inappropriate, misleading, or violates applicable law, please report it to us at legal@savedhub.io.

7.2 Affiliate Links

SavedHub may include affiliate links in blog posts, documentation, or curated content published by us. When you click such a link and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations. All affiliate-linked content is clearly labelled with an “Ad” or “Sponsored” badge in compliance with applicable advertising standards (FTC guidelines, UK ASA CAP Code, and the ASCI Code in India).

Note: links saved by users to their workspaces are never affiliate links inserted by SavedHub — they are exactly the URLs users choose to save.

8. User-Generated Content

SavedHub allows users to save URLs, add notes, and collaborate in shared workspaces. We are not the author or publisher of user-generated content and exercise no editorial control over it. Accordingly:

• We are not responsible for user content. Any views, opinions, or information expressed in user-saved content are solely those of the individual user who saved or created that content.
• Content in shared workspaces. Workspace members should exercise independent judgement when acting on links or notes added by other members. SavedHub is not liable for any decisions made based on workspace content.
• Reporting. If you encounter user-generated content that violates our Code of Conduct or applicable law, please report it to legal@savedhub.io.

9. External Tools & Integrations

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and APIs to function, including but not limited to Supabase (database and authentication), a hosting provider (serverless runtime), and AI API providers (link analysis). We disclaim all responsibility for:

• Downtime, data loss, or errors caused by third-party service providers.
• Changes to third-party APIs that may temporarily degrade features such as AI tagging or URL metadata fetching.
• The privacy or security practices of third-party tools, which are governed by their own policies.

We select third-party providers with reasonable care and maintain data processing agreements where required by law, but we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation or complete security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SavedHub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunities.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, third-party links, or user-generated content.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data due to factors outside our control.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if SavedHub has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to SavedHub in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 100.

11. Jurisdiction-Specific Notes

European Union & United Kingdom

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU or UK consumer law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

India

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for wilful misconduct or fraud. Users in India retain all rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Disputes shall be subject to Indian law as described in our Terms of Service.

United States

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages. If you are located in such a state, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to violate applicable state consumer-protection laws.

12. Changes to This Disclaimer

We reserve the right to update this Disclaimer at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
